Age: 22

On June 12, 1923, Deputy Marshal Seaman, of 1211 Poplar Street, was sitting in the sidecar of a police motorcycle when it was stuck by another vehicle in a hit skip crash.  He died five days later in Cincinnati on June 17, 1923 and was buried in Evergreen Cemetery on June 20, 1923.
